SOTONYE products are hand-made in small batches using natural oils, butters and waxes for ingredients and without a doubt, no man-made chemicals or preservatives.  As such, they are subject to the environment that they are stored in.  Our products should be stored in a cool place and away from direct sunlight.  Slight variations of consistency and colour may result from the process and which is normal for hand-made products.

Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout.

Products will be packed for shipping in no longer than 48 hours after the approval of the order.

Delivery times from shipping are as follows:

  • UK: 2-3 working days
  • Europe: 4-7 working days
  • Rest of the World: 8-10 working days

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
However, if you feel are not satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to contact us and we will do our best to reconcile the issue.
